Mikhail Poluboyarinov is a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors. He joined Aeroflot’s Board in 2017.
Mikhail Poluboyarinov has been First Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank since 2012. Between 2009 and 2012 he held the positions of Director of the Infrastructure Department and Deputy Chairman at Vnesheconombank. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors at PJSC Rosseti, CJSC Lider and PJSC Rostelecom, as well as a member of the Supervisory Board at JSC AHML.
Previously Mikhail Poluboyarinov served as Chief Accountant and Financial Director of Avtoimport (1990-1999) and Chief Accountant and Deputy CEO of PJSC Aeroflot (2000-2009).
He has been awarded with the title “Honoured Economist of Russia” and an honorary letter of commendation from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. For his contribution to the preparation of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi in 2014, Mikhail Poluboyarinov was awarded with the Order of Honour.
He holds a PhD in economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from which he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Finance, Currency Circulation and Credit. Mikhail Poluboyarinov also holds a degree in Finance and Credit from the Financial University.
Mikhail Poluboyarinov was born on 2 April 1966 in Moscow.
