Maksim Liksutov is a Non-Executive Director.
In September 2012, following a decree of Moscow’s mayor, Mr. Liksutov was appointed Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development in Moscow.
In 2007, Mr. Liksutov graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in Banking and Finance. In 2012, he graduated from the International Law Institute with a degree in Business Management. In 2016 he attended a course in autonomous commercial organization at the “Institute of International Standards of Accounting and Management” under the program “Occupational Health and Safety”.
Since December of 2011, Liksutov served as Moscow’s Head of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development in Moscow. From April 2011, he was an adviser to Moscow’s mayor on transport and road and transport infrastructure development matters. Prior to these titles, Mr. Liksutov served as the CEO of Aeroexpress LLC (2009-2010). He was a member of the Board of Directors of TransGroup AC LLC (2001-2011).
Liksutov has numerous awards: 2013 – Honored Worker of Transportation of the Russian Federation, 2016 – Gratitude from the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, 2017 – Order of Friendship, 2018 – Certificate of Merit from the President of the Russian Federation, 2018 – Certificate of Merit from the Federal Treasury.
Born on 19 June 1976 in the town of Loksa, Estonian SSR.
