30 December 2011

December 29, 2011 Moscow– Today JSC Aeroflot has closed the deal on selling 51% stake of Saratov airlines to private investors.

The decision to sale the stake of Saratov airlines is explained by inconsistency of the current local status of the airline with the strategy of Aeroflot Group development. However JSC Aeroflot is keeping its commitment to the aim to develop and increase the efficiency of the domestic regional air transportation which represents an organic part of the development strategy of Aeroflot Group.
