October 11th, 2008, Moscow – Unscheduled general meeting of the shareholders of the JSC “Aeroflot” elected new membership of the Board of Directors of the JSC “Aeroflot”.
According to the preliminary data 11 candidates have formed the Board of Directors:
Aleksashenko Sergey Vladimirovich – independent expert, member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of the participants of the stock market; Androsov Kirill Gennadievich – deputy head of the Government Machinery of the Russian Federation;Antonov Vladimir Nikolaevich – the first deputy director general of the JSC “Aeroflot”;Danilitsky Anatoly Antonovich – director general of the JSC “NRK”;Dmitriev Vladimir Alexandrovich – chairman of the state corporation “Bank for Development and International Economic Activity (Vneshekonombank)”;Dushatin Leonid Alexeevich – first deputy director general of the JSC “NRK”;Lebedev Alexandr Evgenievich – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the JSC “NRK”;Levitin Igor Evgenievich – Minister of Transportation of the Russian Federation;Nikitin Gleb Sergeevich – deputy head of the Russian Property;Okulov Valery Mikhailovich – director general of the JSC “Aeroflot”;Sharonov Andrey Vladimirovich – managing director of the JSC “Investment Company “Troika Dialogue”.
The unscheduled meeting has approved the interrelated deals:the cession deal in favor of the JSC “Aeroflot-Cargo” of the rights under the leasing agreement for three cargo carriers MD-11 between the JSC “Aeroflot” and “Boeing Capital Leasing Limited” and the deal of guarantee.
