OJSC ”Aeroflot – Russian airline” has increased its share in the subsidiary OJSC “Aeroflot-Don” from 51 to 100% as a result of acquisition of 49% of OSJC “Aeroflot-Don” shares from CJSC “Investitsionnaya Finansovaya Kompaniya “OPT INVEST”.
OJSC “Aeroflot – Russian Airlines” is based in Moscow, Russia, at the Sheremetyevo Airport. The company was established in 1923. It is the largest air carrier with 39% of international and 11% of domestic carriages in Russia. OJSC “Aeroflot-Don” is a 100% subsidiary of OJSC “Aeroflot” based in Rostov-on-Don. The largest air company in the south of Russia. It has both scheduled and charter flights to cities in Russia, the CIS countries and abroad. The history of the “Aeroflot-Don” company started in 1925.
