Annual General Meeting of shareholders of OAO "Aeroflot - Russian Airlines" has approved annual report, accountant records, including profits and losses report of the company (profit and loss balance), as well as payment of dividends as of the results of 2005 financial year. Conclusion of Revision Commission of OAO "Aeroflot" upon reviewing of annual accountant records of the Company and reliability of the data stated in annual report of OAO "Aeroflot" for 2005 are also approved.
Having summarized the results of financial activities of the Company in the passed financial year the Meeting has stressed stable enhancement of business activities by all indexes, resulted in increasing of the dividends payable.
Aeroflot remains biggest industrial taxpayer. Profit tax for 2005 will be 1 billion 385 million Rubles, while overall budget payments made by Aeroflot on all levels is 6 billion 961 million 130 thousand Rubles. Growth of capitalization is 15% (+198 million Dollars US).
