During absentee voting at an extraordinary general meeting, Aeroflot shareholders voted to "approve of the main terms and prices of the three interested party deals to sell Aeroflot's shares in Terminal, JSC: to International Airport Sheremetyevo, JSC (25% plus one share), and Vneshekonombank (20% minus one share).
The agenda was voted by shareholders with no interest in the deal, in excess of 70% of all votes entitled to vote agenda of general shareholders meetings.
In favour of "approving the deal" voted over 69% of all shareholders with no interest in the deal, holding voting shares.
The deal is considered approved in accordance with Federal law "On joint stock companies" and the Articles of Incorporation of Aeroflot, JSC.
