Special "Aeroflot" shareholders' meeting approved by absentee voting "major deal, which projects acquisition of the six new planes IL-96-300 on conditions of financial rent (leasing) from OJSC "Ilyushin Finance Co". The term of acquired planes' lease is 15 years.
30.05 percent of the shareholders voted, while 47.38 percent of the shareholders -owners of the company's voting shares, not interested in the deal - had the right to vote.
Preliminary count showed that more than 50 percent of the shareholders, who had voted and who jointly own 29.256 percent of company's shares, had voted for the deal.
In accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" and OJSC "Aeroflot" Charter the deal is considered approved.
