Aeroflot Board of Directors approved at the meeting - July 06, 2004

On July 6, 2004, Aeroflot Board of Directors approved at the meeting the Company’s participation in managing the company to be established for control of Sheremetyevo Airport.

In this respect Aeroflot Board is charged with preparing projects of constituent documents.

Aeroflot Board of Directors member Leonid Dushatin, National Reserve Corporation Ltd. First Deputy Director General, was approved as the Chairman of Aeroflot special stockholders meeting on July 24, 2004.

Both decisions are adopted unanimously.
