Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC

July 05, 2010, Moscow. Today the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC was carried out. Igor Levitin, the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation was selected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Transaction to be closed between Aeroflot and Airbus S.A.S. regarding purchase of 11 Aircrafts of Airbus A330-300 types to be delivered in 2011-2013, was approved by the Board of Directors.

Candidatures of the following members of three Committees of the Board of Directors were confirmed by the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC:

I. Committee for staff and compensations

1. Kirill Gennadyevich Androsov, the member of the Board of

Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the Chairman of the Committee;

2. Gleb Sergeevich Nikitin, the member of the Board of

Directors and the member of the Committee;

3. Kirill Yuryevich Levitin, the member of the Board of

Directors and the member of the Committee;

II. Committee for audit

1. Leonid Alekseevich Dushatin, the member of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the Chairman of the Committee;

2. Sergey Vladimirovich Aleksashenko, the member of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the member of the Committee;

3. Andrey Viktorovich Stolyarov, the member of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the member of the Committee;

4. Pavel Mikhailovich Teplukhin, the member of the Board of

Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the member of the Committee;

III. Committee for strategy

1. Sergey Vladimirovich Aleksashenko, the member of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the Chairman of the Committee;

2. Leonid Alekseevich Dushatin, the member of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC and the member of the Committee;

3. Kirill Yuryevich Levitin, the member of the Board of Directors and the member of the Committee;

5. Vyacheslav Vyacheslavovich Brychev, the head of department of Rosimushestvo (Federal Agency for State Property Management) and the member of the Committee;

6. Svetlana Anatolyevna Petrova, the counselor of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, and the member of the Committee;

7. Aleksandr Vasilyevich Tikhonov, the Director of Mintrans (Ministry of Transportation) of Russia, and the member of the Committee;

8. Andrey Yuryevich Kalmykov, Deputy Director General in charge of commerce of Aeroflot, OJSC, and the member of the Committee;

9. Shamil Ravilyevich Kurmashov, Deputy Director General in charge of finance and investments of Aeroflot, OJSC, and the member of the Committee;

10. Dmitry Petrovich Saprykin, Deputy Director General in charge of legal and property matters of Aeroflot, OJSC and the member of the Committee.

Work schedule of the Board of Directors of Aeroflot, OJSC for the period from July 2010 to June 2011 was approved by the Board of Directors.

 

Aeroflot is the leader of Russian civil air service and the member of SkyTeam, the global aviation alliance. Combined rout network comprises 856 destination points located in 169 countries. In 2009, 8,755 million passengers were transported by Aeroflot itself, and 11,1 million passengers were transported by Aeroflot group.

certificate. Airline underwent through ISAGO ground maintenance audit with success. Airline holds unified certificate of conformity with requirements by ISO 9001:2000.
