Moscow, 5 July 2017 – Aeroflot has more than doubled the value of meal vouchers provided to passengers affected by flight delays and cancellations, from RUB 490 to RUB 1,000, effective immediately.
In accordance with Russia’s Federal Aviation Regulations and Aeroflot’s service standards, the airline provides meal vouchers for passengers who experience a flight delay of four hours or more due to the carrier’s fault, a delay or a cancellation caused by adverse weather conditions, technical difficulties and other factors, as well as changes in transportation routes. Vouchers can be used at Sheremetyevo International Airport foodservice outlets that have a partnership agreement with the airline. All contractors at the airport have been notified about the changes.
