Aeroflot Group Announces Operating Results for Q3 and 9 months 2022

Moscow, 27 October 2022 – Aeroflot PJSC (Moscow Exchange ticker: AFLT) today announces
Aeroflot Group operating results for Q3 and 9 months 2022[1].

Key highlights of Q3 2022:

  • Group’s operating results in Q3 2022 were affected by the current geopolitical situation
    and significant flight restrictions.
  • Aeroflot Group carried 14.1 million passengers, 9.5% down vs. Q3 2021 including
    7 million passengers in domestic segment, 1.0% up vs. 2021.
  • In domestic segment Group’s RPK increased by 18.9% year-on-year, Aeroflot’s RPK increased
    by 52.5% vs. 2021.
  • Operational efficiency has improved: passenger load factor amounted to 89.5%, up by 5.6 percentage points year-on-year.

Key highlights of 9 months 2022:

  • Aeroflot Group carried 31.3 million passengers, including 4 million passengers in domestic segment.
  • Group’s total RPK increased by 2.0% year-on-year, in domestic segment Group’s RPK improved by 11.2% year-on-year.
  • Passenger load factor was 84.0%, up by 2.9 percentage point year-on-year, in domestic segment passenger load factor was 85.9%, a 2.0 percentage points increase vs. 2021.
