December 02, Moscow. – 30.11.2010 CJSC ‘VTB Capital’ issued a review of analysts focused on the transport sector. In its heading the review characterizes the disclosed information by Aeroflot on ‘disappointing’ projections of the production results in 2010. Data cited by analysts in their review are based on a misprint from an Interfax news agency message, not from an official message of OJSC ‘Aeroflot’. The projection on the passenger traffic and the passenger turnover is mistaken for expectations for 2010 results. The official message of the company included the information on projections of the production parameters’ growth in 2011.

Herewith OJSC ‘Aeroflot’ОАОasks to consider the following information:

‘On 29.11.2010 the Board of Directors of Aeroflot approved the production plan for 2011 which envisages growth on all operational figures: passenger turnover - by 23%, passenger transportation - by 27.7% and the seat load factor maintenance at 76%. The plan incorporates conditions associated with SSJ entry into service’.
